Michael Ladisic founded Ladisic Fine Homes in 1998, beginning with the renovation and construction of his own home in the Peachtree Park neighborhood of Buckhead.  This set the tone for substantial renovations in this area.  Since then, Ladisic Fine Homes has become a premier builder in Atlanta and is prominent in many of Atlanta’s established neighborhoods including Brookhaven, Chastain Park, Buckhead, Ansley Park, Vinings, Garden Hills, Peachtree Battle, Morningside, and Virginia Highlands. 

Over the years, Michael has developed a reputation for his keen design eye and his customer service focus.  He prides himself on being involved in every project and makes it a priority to meet with each client a minimum of once a week.

Michael and his wife have four daughters and are active in the Buckhead community and still reside in Peachtree Park.
